Since becoming a Realtor in 2004, I consistently sell over 50 houses a year. I have been lucky, but I believe that luck really comes about through hard work and preparation. My experiences as a coach and teacher taught me this: I must constantly improve in order to do my job more effectively. I study the business and work diligently to get better and improve the services that I offer my clients. This is a service industry. Working hard brings results. I create and utilize systems which serve the people I work for--the "other average guys" out there.
